What our Guests say
First of all, Francesco and Filippo are a very helpful, enthusiastic and professional team. They welcomed us extremely friendly, and – well – Palazzo D'Ambra itself and its apartments were absolutely astonishing. Every detail was taken care of painstakingly: from the incredible amount of amazing antiquities, the frescoes, the authenticity of all of the precious and rare pieces of art, to the impressive and cutting-edge technological features, both in terms of workout equipment and the Internet connection: speed, stability, reliability were absolutely wonderful during the whole of our stay... and I had three Zoom chats with some groups! The signal was great in the whole of the building, every single spot of it, even down in the cellar. Let's wrap this up: Florence, art, passion and Reinassance at their best; 'the' Italian contemporary twist; state-of-the-art technology. Palazzo D'Ambra is a magical place: perfect for relaxing, enjoying Florence, and even working remotely while looking at the Cupola del Brunelleschi. Whatever takes you to Florence, please, aim at Palazzo D'Ambra first. You won't be disappointed in the slightest. - Federica
