We understand that our guests' expectations for safety have changed. This is why we have been taking health and safety additional measures during the past few months. At Palazzo D'Ambra your health is paramount, therefore we gladly comply with each and every Health&Safety rules and regulations that have been put in place both by national authorities and the World Health Organisation, WHO.
The almost 1,400-thousand square inch-Palazzo D'Ambra gives our guests enough room to social-distancing from each other; the flight of stairs itself is comfortably wide; you will always find yourself in spacious areas (with very high ceilings), so that anyone else can be easily taken at safety distance. You will access your apartment through one of the two wide, non-connected, ventilated aisles.
Of course, all of our spaces – both common and private – are kept regularly disinfected. As soon as guests check out, Palazzo D'Ambra apartments are cleaned, professionally sanitized and then immediately sealed, so that each incoming guest can rest assured that they are the first to access the sanitised place.
Moreover, our wide windows let in fresh air from the outside and results in natural, healthy ventilation.
As for our fitness-wellness area and meeting room area, they can be accessed through a different entrance. Each entrance is also provided with CCTV.
